Many thanks for your feedback. Thanks for pointing out this error. I will be liaising with our warehouse to have the labels all checked on this item. Mistakes of this nature are rare so I do hope you reconsider about ordering in the near future.

I can only apologise you receive more than one catalogue. The reason for this is registering as a new customer when ordering on our website. I have now rectified this for you. You will only receive one catalogue per mailing. Sorry to hear the item purchased was not suitable.
