After they accepted my order and taken my money, they told me it was out…
After they accepted my order and taken my money, they told me it was out of stock. If I had known this at time of ordering, I would not have placed the order. Not impressed. Will not use again.

I am extremely sorry to hear you have still not received your goods and that your payment was taken. I have looked into your account and can see it was picked and packaged on 2/10. You should have definitely received your goods by now as they are in stock. I will have this enquiry dealt with and I will email you with more information to resolve this query. We do apologize again about this as this is not our usual standard of service.
