Not impressed

At my request, the Maldini came partly pre-assembled. During pre-assembly, the wrapping material was not fully removed. As a result, the chair shows scraps of wrapping where two parts were joined...

Good quality chair.

The chair was reasonably priced. Arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. The chair is well made and comfortable.

Nice chair but poor delivery service

No e-mail confirmation of delivery date. Chased a few times and eventually got a response and delivery date. This didn’t happen as stated and the driver couldn’t access the property due to road...

Thank you for your review and we are sorry that the courier did not make contact with you. I can see we emailed all the tracking details and the courier attempted twice but the road was closed. I will speak to them as to why they did not contact you. On a positive chair we are pleased you find the chair to be nice.
