Extremely poor customer service

Some parts were missing on delivery and some were faulty. They sent the missing parts later but refused to help with the faulty parts

Please accept my apologies for this. I have looked into this and can see it was delivered with damaged items caused by the courier and we dispatched and these were delivered the next day. We certainly did not refuse to help with the faulty parts and attempted collection 3 times but no one was in and you refused to advise when someone would be in so we agreed we would keep trying.
