We really appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback, Paul. I have spoken to the couriers who have said that, on this occasion, they did send your delivery on a little tail lift van rather than the usual rigid lorry that you have received your deliveries on in the past. Palletline have said that the reason that some of the logs had to be removed before unloading the rest of the pallet was because the full pallet was too heavy for the vans tail lift to carry all in one. We can see that you have been a customer for many years and, as this has never happened before, we do not foresee this happening again in future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we look forward to assisting you again in future. Best wishes, Hayleigh

Sadly they are not able to deliver to our Woodshed anymore. The delivery company chosen will only drop at the end of our driveway in the road. This is after many years of using Certainly Wood...

Thank you for your feedback, Mathew. We are very sorry that we are unable to supply you in bulk going forward due to the changes in our delivery methods. We hope that a solution can be found in future but if not, it might be worth considering our small courier option for Fire Kits (https://www.certainlywood.co.uk/products/logs-in-boxes). Thank you for being a loyal customer and we wish you the best for the future. Best wishes, The Certainly Wood Team
