Certainly Wood Recensioni

Thank you for your wonderful review, Huw. We are thrilled that you found our customer service to be helpful and quick. Our team works hard to deliver excellent service, and it’s wonderful to know it’s appreciated. We apologise that your most recent delivery was not up to its usual standard. The couriers try very hard to accommodate the delivery instructions left by customers but it does appear that this was missed on this occasion. I will pass this on to Palletline for future reference and will also pass on your lovely comments about their brilliant driver. We appreciate you taking the time to give your feedback and look forward to assisting you again in the future. Best wishes, Hayleigh

Thank you for your kind words regarding our customer service and our products. We are very sorry that we are unable to supply you in bulk going forward due to the changes in our delivery methods. We hope that a solution can be found in future, but if not, it might be worth considering our small courier option for Fire Kits (please see link: https://www.certainlywood.co.uk/products/logs-in-boxes) Thank you for being a loyal customer and we wish you the best for the future Best wishes, Hayleigh
