Ciò che John Arthur William Bateman ha detto su Certainly Wood:

Good products but abandoned customer care

Nowhere near what it used to be. Seems like you have abandoned your local customers As previously mentioned your new delivery system is awful.

Thank you for your feedback and also for taking the time to chat to us about your recent delivery experience. It sounds like the issues that occurred were made somewhat worse with the vehicle size and equipment that the driver had – please note that our local Palletline depot have now increased the number of their small vehicles to accommodate for our customers’ tighter access. While the hi-ab crane vehicle is no longer in our offering, we will continue to offer the highest standard of kiln dried logs possible, so we hope we can find a way to overcome the delivery issue in the future. We would be happy to further explore options should you wish to, so don’t hesitate to contact our support team at any time. Kind regards, The Certainly Wood Team

Thank you for your feedback on our 40 bag pallet. We're delighted to hear you were happy with your purchase of our kiln dried logs and the great service you received from our team. We work hard to deliver a smooth and pleasant experience, and it’s wonderful to know we succeeded. We had to change the pallet sizes for logistical reasons and this was not a decision taken lightly. Our new pallet sizes are 40, 60 and 70 bags on a pallet. Alternatively, we offer kiln dried logs in bulk bags and crates so it may be worth taking a look to see if there is another suitable option if the small bags are no longer working for you. We appreciate you taking the time to give your feedback and look forward to assisting you again in the future. Best wishes, Hayleigh

Easy quick as to used to this company & trust the service I get.

Yes, easy quick as I'm used to this company & trust the service I get. I would've liked to delay the delivery a few more months but there didn't seem to be that option?
