Certainly Wood Recensioni

Thank you for your kind words regarding the quality of our wood. We aim for nothing but the best, and it's great to know we're meeting expectations. We are sorry to hear that your delivery service wasn't 5 stars on this occasion and we will be chasing this up with the delivery company to see why this was delivered on such a small vehicle. We hope we can avoid this from happening in future and thank you for bringing this to our attention. We really appreciate you taking the time to give your feedback and look forward to assisting you again in the future. Best wishes, Hayleigh

We really appreciate your 5 star review on our Fire Club Membership scheme! It's wonderful to hear that you see the value in it as much as we do! Please feel free to keep us updated on how the membership works out for you throughout the year. Best wishes, Hayleigh

Thank you so much for your 5 star review! Our team works hard to deliver excellent service, and it’s wonderful to know it’s appreciated. I will be sure to share your feedback with the team to let them know to keep up the amazing work! Regarding delivery, due to weight restrictions, Palletline were only able to deliver 10 bulk bags at once and were unable to return until the next day with the remaining 2 bulk bags. In future, it may be worth considering ordering a few smaller orders of logs throughout the year rather than one large one, as it would make for a quicker delivery. We're delighted to hear you were happy with your purchase of our kiln dried chunky logs and we look forward to assisting you again in future. Best wishes, Hayleigh
