Certainly Wood is Certainly a great company to buy from.

I have had difficulties with haulage living on a narrow lane in a Cornish valley. The girls in the office are really good ay sorting it out.

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on FireClub. We appreciate the balanced feedback. You’re absolutely right that FireClub offers year-round savings, which means you don’t have to wait for seasonal promotions to get a good price. One of the additional perks of membership is that during sales, your FireClub discount is applied on top of any promotional offers, giving you even greater value if you do choose to order then. While some members prefer to buy in bulk during a sale, others find the flexibility of ordering as and when they need more convenient, especially with the free delivery, 10% discount, and other member-only benefits that come with FireClub. We’re glad to hear that the convenience side works well for you, and we hope the extra savings during promotions will help the numbers add up even more over time. If you have any queries, please get back in touch. Kind regards, Charlotte

Good customer service!

The service has been excellent and the staff have been very helpful. I received some oversized logs which I couldn’t chop up or use so they gave me a refund on them!
