Thank you so much for your time on the phone earlier. We really appreciate being able to talk through your delivery and discuss what can be done differently to make delivery as smooth as possible in future. We have tried to make all our local customers aware that deliveries will now be fulfilled via Palletline by sending out email communications but it appears you must have missed these. Palletline use different lorries, that do not have hi ab cranes, and their delivery vehicles can be quite a bit larger if not specified differently. I have updated your account now to reflect that a smaller vehicle is required in future. I will be contacting the couriers to see what an appropriate size lorry would be to be able to reach your property in future, but please note that Palletline are contracted at a kerbside delivery only, so delivery to a specific spot cannot be guaranteed. I will also be investigating with the couriers to see how the damage to your KindleFlamers box occurred and we are very sorry that this has happened but glad that you believe they were all accounted for. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback and we look forward to assisting you again in future. Best wishes, Hayleigh
