Good, but could be better still

Good service, but I took one star off because some of the logs, although cut to length (25cm) were huge width wise and will need further splitting to fit into my wood stove. If all the logs had been...

Excellent ordering and delivery process

Very good service. Only downside contact number is incorrect and despite pointing this out to carrier - remains unchanged. Thereby preventing eta on delivery day. possible typo on ordering.

Good service

Efficient and delivered to time. I seem to have ordered Chunky log size from the website, rather than the Length 25cm I ideally needed - not sure how that happened......

Thank you for your wonderful review! We're delighted to hear you were happy with the quality of the kiln dried logs you received. Quality and consistency are our priorities, and it’s always rewarding to know our customers see it too! We are sorry to hear that you mistakenly ordered a different size log to your previous orders. Our Chunky logs are still excellent quality - the only difference is that they have a larger diameter to our regular 25cm length logs. Our team will be happy to look into potentially arranging a collection of the Chunky logs and re-delivery of our regular kiln dried logs if this is of interest. I've passed your comments onto the team, and we look forward to assisting you again in future. Best wishes, Hayleigh

Disappointed to be rejected as a customer

The company was efficient and friendly, but as a longstanding customer we were disappointed with the contracted out delivery arrangements and the significant increase in local costs

Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate your kind words regarding our "excellent" quality kiln dried logs and KindleFlamers natural firelighters. The quality of our products is one of our top priorities, and it's always rewarding to know We are very sorry that we are unable to deliver to you anymore due to the changes in our delivery methods. We hope that a solution can be found in future but if not, it might be worth considering our small courier option such as our Fire Kits (https://www.certainlywood.co.uk/products/logs-in-boxes). Thank you for being a loyal customer and we wish you the best for the future. Kind regards, The Certainly Wood Team
