Thank you for your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear about your delivery experience with ParcelForce. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when the logs were left in an inconvenient place. While ParcelForce deliveries are made to the nearest safe access point, drivers should always be courteous and do what they can within their safety guidelines. We’ll be sure to pass your comments on to ParcelForce so this can be reviewed with the local depot. I’m pleased to hear you were happy with the product itself, and I do hope this experience won’t deter you from ordering again, we’ll always do our best to make sure future deliveries are handled properly. Kind regards, Charlotte

Chose your delivery day if you can

Would have preferred to chose my delivery day (slot) as the log delivery is only curbside delivery and needs planning to unpack, move 30 yards up the driveway and stacking the logs all takes time....

Thank you for your feedback, we completely understand that organising space and time for a bulk firewood delivery takes a bit of planning. As you have a subscription, you actually have full control over your delivery schedule. Through your subscription account, you can adjust your next delivery date, skip a delivery, or pause the plan at any time to suit your needs. We’ll always deliver kerbside as standard, but by choosing a date that works best for you, it should make it much easier to plan ahead for unpacking and stacking. If you’d like, I can send you a quick link to manage your subscription or talk you through how to set a preferred delivery date for next time. Kind regards, Charlotte
