Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, and I’m really sorry for the confusion and inconvenience you’ve experienced. It seems there was a misunderstanding around the cancellation of your subscription, and I completely understand how frustrating it must have been. We’ve now fully cancelled the subscription on our system, so there won’t be any future charges. If there’s anything further you’d like us to review or assist with, please feel free to contact us directly - we’re always here to help and want to make things right wherever we can. We truly value our members, and it’s disappointing to hear that this experience didn’t reflect the smooth and supportive service we aim to provide. Our membership scheme is designed to offer genuine benefits, including exclusive offers, and ongoing savings across our kiln dried log and entire range. Thank you again for sharing your feedback. We hope we can restore your confidence in us moving forward. Kind regards Abbie Duce

Thank you for the 5 star review! We are thrilled you see the value in our Fire Club membership scheme and have rated it so highly. Please feel free to keep us updated on how the membership works out for you throughout the year. It's wonderful to hear that you are also loving our Crates of kiln dried logs and prefer them to the bulk bags. Please be assured, although we don't have a return scheme in place for empty crates and pallets, we have taken your feedback on board and are constantly reviewing the packaging on our products to make life easier for our customers. Best wishes, Hayleigh
