items advertised not in stock
Keep being sent confusing invoices that have already been paid.

Hi, Thanks for the feedback. I do apologise that your experience has been awful this time. I can see that your detergent tablets have been delayed and Summer has been keeping you updated about this including at point of order. I can also see that the Nisbets items you ordered from us are slightly delayed as per Summer's emails. Unfortunately our website does not have the ability yet to display stock but our friendly team are there to keep you up to date on such matters. I do apologise if you have been sent confusing invoices. Invoices are meant as a record of payment, not necessarily indication that payment is outstanding, if you can forward on such invoices to myself I shall take a look into this immediately for you. kelly@caterkwik.co.uk.

No delivery, poor response. Have asked it be checked into. Was told someone would get back to me with update. They didn't . Still chasing a table three and a half weeks after purchase.

Ordering was easy, and everything appeared smooth - however, it would have been much more helpful if it was clear on the website that delivery into the building would cost more. We didn’t discover...

Thanks for the feedback, Sarah, we do deliver kerbside as is industry standard unless quoted as extra which we are of course, more than happy to do. I am sorry this has left a sour taste - we hope that we can try to manage expectations by putting this in our terms and conditions (as per current document) and we also have it on our order acknowledgements.

Hi Steve, thank you for your response. I appreciate that this is an industry standard, but as we are a very small community cafe, and have never bought a new appliance before, I would have no way of knowing this, so it would be helpful, for novices like me, if a note about this was on the page with the cooker prices. I have only domestic purchases to go from, as that is all my experience has been. I did pick it up on the order acknowledgement, but it’s a bit late when you have placed the order. Apart from this one little thing your service was excellent, and I also appreciate you explaining. Many thanks!
I been told that I will get call before delivery. I did not get call , they just turn up . They l were going to leave freezer outside in the rain . I ask them to bring inside which ground floor easy...

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you were not happy with your delivery. I cannot see that you have been in touch about this. Our delivery services are kerbside as standard, although take inside and unpack services can be organised with prior notice and some additional cost. I do apologise that you didn't receive a phone call before delivery; this was a third party delivery and they should call prior but unfortunately we cannot always guarantee this.
