Thank you for your feedback, however we are somewhat surprised with the tone of your comments as we understood that this matter was resolved to your satisfaction.
We completed multiple deliveries to you successfully, however the last delivery included a length of channel drain that was damaged in transit. We offered to replace this free-of-charge or refund you in full for the damaged item. You requested a refund which we duly issued. 5 weeks later you contacted us by email to inquire about 1 more length of channel drain as you needed it to finish the job. We quoted you our standard terms for this new order, however this did not meet with your approval as you expected this length to be delivered carriage-paid. This of course was not economically viable given that we had already refunded the damaged item in full.
The vast majority of our customers accept that occasionally issues beyond our control can occur and we do our very best to resolve these as quickly as possible.
