While out of stock and I only wanted one small item they ordered it and keep me fully in the picture to when I would receive it I will certainly be dealing with with this firm again

Thank you for your comments, yes unfortunately we incur a surcharge from our courier for some areas of Scotland. We are always working to reduce courier fees and try to be as competitive as possible.
