INSURANCE !

Don’t take out small business insurance with PetPlan Sanctuary. They don’t pay out on the simplest of claims and leave you high and dry ! Awful service for way too much money !

Petplan handled my claim very efficiently. The service from their underwriters was poor. Despite being alerted that my business was suffering, they took a week to acknowlege the claim, another week...

On queues, give where in queue or delay until answer.

Long delay in getting through with no indication of how long the wait would be. Once through, very efficient.

Good service pricing remained the same which was good as I had not made any claims. The only down side is that the cover for my dogs should I have to take them to the vets is very very low.

Not very happy as they spelt my name wrong. I then phoned them about it. I received my policy through the post where there were 3 typing errors both on my name and bank direct debit details.
