great choice of games and good price, great customer service . Sometimes games delivery times can be alittle slow however they do give points after 24 hours if you are waiting for a game to be sent...

It sounds like you are having a fantastic time with our service, and have a great understanding of how it all works.
We do indeed have several rental packages available which cater for all different gaming tastes and budgets, and you have no doubt saved vast amounts of money using our service.
All of our games are sent out with First Class mail, and are expected to arrive within 1-3 days. This allows us to keep both delivery times, and subscription costs as low as possible.
While any issues you encounter will be rare, we have an excellent Customer Support team on hand to assist you should you need them. They are available on emails, Live chats, Social Media and over the phone.
