Hi,
Thanks for leaving your review of our service, we certainly appreciate you taking the time to do so.
We will always get your next game out to you as soon as possible!
With our Value 1 Package which is the one you we're using, this allows for us to send out one rental a month to you at a time, with your next then sent out on that arriving back with us and your next monthly sub having passed.
Looking at your service history we can see that you recieved a new game almost right away every time your current rental arrived back with us.
We've dropped you an email to look into this further for you and see what happened with your service.
