Plants arrived upturned in the boxes, and did not appear to have been kept upright in transit as the box says. Also I had to chase my order as it did not arrive n the stated 2-5 days. I was told...

As discussed we will replace any plants that fail, so drop me an email if you have any issues. And we do take on board the "pre-order" comments for your plants that were ordered in June. I do agree this can be confusing. I hope you enjoy your new plants and the wildlife they will bring to your garden.
