Hi, thanks for taking the time to leave us this feedback. I am so sorry your order was delayed arriving with yourself. I have sent you an email and tried to call you to discuss this. Your delivery charge has been refunded back the way you paid. I cannot apologise enough for this delay. Hornbeam is wonderful for colourful seasonal interest. Over autumn/winter when the plants are dormant the leaves turn brown, and the plants hold onto these leaves. Then when the weather warms up again in spring healthy new green leaves will push through. Your new hedge will also attract lots of lovely wildlife to your garden 🐞🐦.I hope you enjoy your new hedging and the wildlife it will bring to your garden. Hi, Thank you for your feedback. I am so sorry so many of your plants arrived in such poor condition, and I do understand how disappointing and frustrating this was for you. Looking at our system I can see my colleague Vicky has processed a partial refund for you which should be back on your payment card.
