Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed the trip and found the driver friendly. We do understand your concerns about the new pick-up point. Swindon Borough Council will not currently allow coach operators into the new Bus Boulevard, which is why we are unable to use that location. We are, however, monitoring the situation closely and will be sure to advise passengers of any changes in the future.
