Whilst we're delighted to hear that you enjoyed the show and that your seats were excellent, I am very sorry that the coach travel did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, this trip was affected by a series of events, including an unavoidable last-minute driver change. In addition, the coach had just returned from its monthly service and, as a result, was mistakenly missed from the cleaning schedule before departure. Whilst this is not an excuse, it is the reason how these issues arose on the day. With regards to the journey times, I do appreciate how long the day must have felt. As you joined the coach at the first pick-up point in Swindon, this also meant that you were among the last passengers to be dropped off on the return journey. Whilst this is often the case for passengers boarding at the first collection point, I fully understand that spending around four hours travelling in each direction was frustrating.
