After reviewing the coach tracker, we can confirm that the coach arrived 9 minutes late for the pickup. We understand how this delay, combined with the seating issues you described, impacted the enjoyment of your day and reduced the time you were able to spend at the event. We regret that there were some seating issues and that the alternative seating arrangements left you feeling uncomfortable.
