First and foremost, please accept our sincere apologies for how you felt you were treated by the driver. Every passenger deserves to feel respected and valued, and we’re sorry that this wasn’t your experience.
We’re also very concerned about the condition of the seats on your return journey. Your safety and comfort are extremely important to us. While we’re relieved you were able to relocate, you absolutely should not have had to. Following your feedback, we conducted a full inspection of the seats in question and found no faults or damage. However, we will continue to monitor them closely to ensure they remain safe and secure.
Regarding your concerns about the driver, we’ve spoken with him directly. He has advised that he does not believe he drove away before all passengers were seated and does not feel he was rude during the trip. That said, we take your feedback seriously and will be reviewing this matter further to ensure our standards of professionalism and courtesy are consistently upheld.

You're absolutely right: while onboard toilets are available, we understand that they may not be easily accessible for everyone, especially on longer journeys and for those with mobility concerns.
