After looking into this further, your order was dispatched in time, however you order was lost in transit via Royal Mail of which I can only apologize for. A replacement product was immediately sent out as soon as we had final confirmation from Royal Mail that indeed your item was lost and hence unfortunately the time increased in terms of you receiving your order.
