I am sorry to read your recent review with regards to our mani backpack. After looking into your recent email and comments, it seems the product is not faulty, however I believe you do not like the purchase you made at the time. Please be advised that we do offer a 14 day money back guarantee or replacement product as long as the product is not used and still in its packaging format including swing tags. We as a company firmly believe 14 days is enough time for our customers to receive their order in order to evaluate it is right for them. Should this not be the case, every customer has 14 days in which to return their purchase.
After looking into your order, it seems your purchase was made on the 11th September 2022, and therefore 3 months has passed since your purchase, and therefore a product refund/replacement cannot be made as the product has been used resulting in the product not being able to be put back on resale.

I ordered the product before my baby was born, as you would expect. So I couldn’t use it and return it within 14 days of receiving it. But your response has confirmed I won’t be using the company again.

Good morning and thank you for follow up feedback. If a product is faulty we are always happy to refund or replace the product as my colleague has mentioned in the previous reply and we do feel that our returns policy is fair. As a company we always try our best to go above and beyond to help our customers but we are unable to offer an open ended returns policy and it would be unsustainable for us to do so.
