Dear Ashely ,

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry about the problems you had with our organization . From your feedback though I can not understand if you made the reservation but did not manage to join the tour for whichever reasons and you were expecting to be contacted by us , or if you did not manage to finalize the reservation on line and was expecting to be contacted by us -

Therefore in order to see clear about what happened and therefore send an appropriate answer , I'd need to understand more clearly what happened .

My group of 5 missed out reservation for Haunted walk through of Venice. We continued to try and call to get in contact with someone as we got lost in Venice and needed help getting to around. There was no help and when we got the the destination from help from the nice locals, it was 5 minutes too late. We messaged and called numerous times. No one got in contact with us to reschedule our tour.
