Thank you for your feedback about small group Grand canal boat tour - indeed only smaller boats can access the canal so we operate the tour with max 8/9 people per boat therefore the tour is considered a small group tour. The tour actually operates rain or shine all year round as the boats are covered so you can visit anyway and don't depend on the weather. We are glad you enjoyed the tour! Thank you for booking with us. Kind regards, Aleksandra / Sales Dept.

Dear Georgette, thank you for your feedback about our Small group Essence of Venice walking tour - we are pleased you appreciate our expert guide's work and we look forward to welcoming you on our tours again in the future! Kind regards, Aleksandra / Sales dept/

Dear client, thank you so much for your kind words about our Small group Essence of Venice walkin tour - we are very pleased to read the tour was great! We look forward to welcoming you on our tours again in the future!

First of all, thank you for the feedback about your Italian vacation package you provided. We appreciate all the comments from our travelers as they are essential in our line of work and we are always open to suggestons in order to improve our services. We are very pleased to read that overall the trip was a great experience and I appreciate your recommendation! We will be happy to forward your comments to our guides as well as the cook in Siena - that's excellent news you enjoyed the cooking class!Usually it's one of the highlights of the trips - perhaps you would like to share some of the pics from your trip on our FB page, also from the cooking class if you took any? You are more than welcome! Regarding the two transfers to and from Siena Fabio and Matteo are our best drivers in Tuscany and they certainly can speak good English as they often work with VIP clients from overseas and they are also respectful drivers who, if they see the customer is asleep, will not talk about surrounding area and disturb the sleeping passengers. Situations on the roads can be unpredictable in case of big trucks and lorries as already explained in the email we sent you directly. Rest assured your safety is our top priority on the transfers! All the hotels we work with are carefully selected and inspected by us so your comments are surprising. In any case we will of course verify with the management of each property to ensure the quality of their services is as advertised. Rooms were provided as per your paperwork, in Venice you were actually upgraded to more expensive rooms without any extra charge. We appreciate your feedback and we hope you will return to Italy again to tour with us!

thank you for your feedback about our Private day tour to the Valpolicella wine region from Venice. We are very pleased you enjoyed the trip and we will be happy to forward your comments to our driver-guide. We look forward to welcoming you on our tours again!

Dear Rosanna, thank your for your feedback about our guides in Rome and in Venice. The tours we operate in both cities are different - the Rome tour is more like a semi-private tour with a smaller group so fo course this allow the guides to provide a lot of interesting details. Our Venice tour is an introductory tour to Venice so of course the guide needs to balance the tour contents to include a bit of all - story, architecture, funny facts. We offer also more specific tours like the Doges Palace tour or Hidden Venice if you are interested in exploring a particular part of Venice. We will be happy to assist you with an offer if you decide to visit and tour Italy again on our tours! Thank you for your comments. Kind regards Aleksandra / Sales Dept

Thank you for your feedback about our Original Venice walk - we are glad you enjoyed touring with Arianna and that our booking process was smooth and instructions clear. The skip the line tickets are necessary in peak season to handle the tourist traffic in the St Mark's Basilica so this indeed a great asset if you tour in peak season. Thank for your comments, we appreciate them!

Thank you for your feedback about our Small group Grand canal boat tour. We are glad you enjoyed the tour!

Dear Melissa, thank you for your feedback about our tour, we value your opinion and we are pleased to read the boats were clean and the guides nice. The tour departs at 5 pm - of course it's usually a couple of minutes before you leave the meeting point as at most times there is always someone who is late and comes running however the guides start the introduction when you are walking up to the pier in order to optimize the available time and provide as much information as possible. Given that the tour time is limited our guides include selected facts about art, history and places you are passing nearby - this is a 1-hour panoramic tour. There are in-depth walking tours available that concentrate on specific locations like St Mark's Basilica or Doges Palace so presumably that's the type of tour you were more looking for. However you write the tour was beatiful so we understand you were satisfied with the tour after all? Thank you for your comments. Kind regards, Aleksandra / Sales Dept/

Dear client, thank you for your feedback though be advised we don't speak Japanese but we appreciate the 5-star rating. Thank you for booking with us!
