Not very helpful leaving a one star review with no justification. If you cant be bothered to explain why you are not happy there is not a lot we can do to try and rectify the situation for you....which is frustrating as we work very hard to provide a good customer service to our customers...something that has been verified by the large no of 4 and 5 star reviews we have.
