We do state on our website, that we aim to dispatch all orders within 4 working days. In saying this, our office was closed over a 2 week period due to the Christmas and new Year break. As soon as your order had completed production, it is then dispatched via general post (via Australia Post) and can take anywhere from 1-14 working days to arrive with you. 14 working days is the time frame for all International orders.
