For a last minute booking all very efficient. Fact that person in the office had stayed at Tenuta Pilastru was excellent as could advise us to go half board
Very helpful and pleasant throughout the booking process. Better to phone them to get a better understanding of the cost which appeared too high on their internet site.

Very helpful and customer oriented without pressing for a sale.
The advice I received from your sales person was excellent. I told her what I like in hotels and she chose the exact one for us.
