The Sardinian rep was polite and reasonably helpful, but, although it was not her fault, it was disappointing that issues were not resolved before we left.

I am sorry to hear your experience with EasyJet was not an enjoyable one, although I am delighted to hear your stay at Gabbiano Azzurro Hotel was overall good. The remoteness of this hotel is what our customers love about it to be able to feel as though they are really escaping from the hustle and bustle of our normally busy lives! There is still the village nearby and some beautiful beaches to explore. Thank you for your review.
