The villa we booked was in a bad condition inside and mould food left on fridge. Complained to rep who was not interested. Very disappointing considering cost.

We are very sorry to hear of your disappointment with this villa. Casa Julia is more traditional than some of the other properties we feature but comments from other guests have been very positive. Your feedback will be discussed with our management team to ensure the villa is as one should expect and again I am sorry you were unhappy.
Our rep Karen was excellent, friendly and helpful. When we decided to cook pizza in the pizza oven, she even went out of her way to order fresh dough from the bakery. Top marks!
