This has been noted by other customers and we have passed this feedback onto our Product Department to find an alternative location for the serial number. Good heat, stylish look but small and fiddly controls

One of the 8 radiators was defective and their authorized engineer did not appear for over a week so our own electrician had to replace the heater.

The product registration process is currently under review and development to make it simpler and easier for our customers to register their products.
