Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry you've had problems with our website. We are working on a new one, which will help alleviate problems with registering your products. In the meantime, please keep proof of purchase in order to validate your guarantee. The serial numbers will not be in the radiator control panels, they are only located on the metal stickers that come with the product. We are aware of issues with this process and are working on a new website, coming soon, to allevaite these problems. In the meantime, please can you send an email to marketing@rointe.com with your name, address, email, product references and serial numbers that need to be registered.
