Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry for the disappointment caused by the changes to your holiday arrangements due to the low water levels on the Danube. We fully appreciate how upsetting it must have been to learn that you would not be able to join the cruise in Budapest as originally planned, particularly after being advised that the remainder of the itinerary was expected to operate as advertised. We understand your concerns and are sorry for any frustration and uncertainty this situation may have caused. River cruising is dependent on water levels and navigation conditions, which can change rapidly and are unfortunately beyond our control. However, we recognise that this does not lessen the disappointment when a holiday does not proceed as expected. We note that you have written to our Guest Relations team regarding these matters. Please be assured that your correspondence is being reviewed, and our team will provide a full response following their investigation. In line with ABTA guidelines, you will receive a reply within 28 days of receipt of your correspondence.
