Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on Copenhagen. While it is in general a very safe city and pick pocketing affects many countries across the world, it is something to be mindful of particularly in tourist heavy areas. We're sorry to hear that you witnessed an attempt to pick pocket whilst on tour but was pleased to hear this was unsuccessful.
Excellent admin and phone support. Staff in UK were helpful. Good balance of email contact and information through the portal.

Friendly, welcoming, inclusive. Nothing was too much trouble, and all problems were solved.

We're delighted to hear that you could not fault the ship, even in the extreme heat and that the staff on board were universally cheerful and helpful.
The staff on the Clipper were exceptional.
Re Riviera Tour Managers, I found Pina very friendly and informative. I cannot comment on Karen or Adrian as we had little interaction with them.
