Our FAQs and Policy Wording answers most customers’ queries, but we may always be called on 01483 347322 during normal office hours or by emai and this will be answered no later than next business day. We are not what some people may describe as a “big” company and this is often to our benefit as we can offer a personal service. This is the first that we had heard of this and, further to the FAQ on our website, as our email contains attachments it is occasionally blocked by Internet Service Providers (‘ISPs’) or the email is sent to your ‘Junk’ or ‘Spam’ folder. Ordinarily we request that you email us to give us an opportunity to sort this for you. Sending us an email also serves another purpose as it may also add our address to your 'safe email list' and allow us to reply with the documents. I have this morning resent your documents and sent you an email to ensure that you receive the documents.
