Poor service with little consideration for student needs.

I'm sorry to hear you feel the service has been poor and that there wasn't sufficient advice and guidance provided. I can't find any communication from you expressing your concern whilst you were studying the course. We had several exchanges last year where I assisted you with various questions, including the EAR process, and at the time you seemed happy and didn't express any concerns at all. I have already acted upon your feedback regarding the location of the reasonable adjustment form and the whole section with the CIM forms is now in the top section on the General Resources page. I have also re-labelled the tab for further clarity. We appreciate all feedback and will always do our best to improve when something isn't quite right, but we rely on our students to share their thoughts with us. This was a very easy thing to address and I do actually think that we are really good at acting upon any suggestions on how to improve or any issues that need addressing.

I am surprise to see this feedback as I can't find any previous comments or any completed workshop feedback from you indicating your dissatisfaction. Neither have I found any communication from you regarding issues with your support tutors. If you would like to get in touch directly and give me some more details then I would really welcome the opportunity to look into this further. Our study guides are written against the syllabus provided by CIM, but as the assessments change each board they will not always cover the topics that CIM have chosen for the assignment. We do not expect everyone to like our layout as that's based on personal preference, however, we will double our efforts to proofread our new study guides when the revised syllabus is launched. Hi Elena, I'm sorry to hear you feel the information about the course activation wasn't clear enough. Our flexible approach allows you to purchase a module/course and then pick the workshop(s) that you wish to attend. The module/course activation is mentioned in my welcome email, which you received after purchasing the course. We did also discus the process in January. However, we will of course consider how we could add further clarity in the future.

It is disappointing to receive such a negative review, having delivered a one-to-one, individually focused workshop to you. I appreciate that attending a workshop with other people may provide other benefits, but if there are no other people wishing to attend a particular workshop at the same time as you then we obviously can't do anything other than offer you a one-to-one. We did this to enable you to submit and finish your final module as planned, rather then suggesting you wait until the next workshop was being held. Both the trainer and myself understood that you were happy at the time with the solution we arranged. Despite your disappointment with the grade I hope you are already benefiting from having completed the qualification and wish you good luck with your career. Kind regards, Kamilla
