Hello Thank you for your feedback, We fill our cylinders with grade A helium from BOC gasses which is 99% pure with 1% impurity, due to this is very unusual for helium compatible balloons not to float for the stated times. Please Note: Latex balloons are naturally porous, which limits their float time to approximately 6–8 hours, depending on their size and the ambient temperature. Foil balloons have a much longer float time because the balloons are completely sealed. Kind Regards Customer Services

Thank you for your feedback. We wanted to let you know that we did respond to your email regarding the helium canister before your review was posted, but we haven’t yet received a reply. Please note that each cylinder is pressure-checked prior to dispatch, and there should be no reason for an empty cylinder to be sent out. However, we do understand that issues can occasionally occur. All nozzles are hand-fitted, which means that sometimes they may not be screwed on completely straight — this can restrict or stop the flow of helium. Could we kindly ask you to remove the nozzle and recheck the cylinder? We’re here to help and would really appreciate the chance to resolve this for you. Could we please ask you to fully remove the cylinders from their boxes and check inside? Smaller items are often packed in the same box as the cylinder, but during transit they can shift and sometimes get lodged underneath or to the side. Let us know what you find, and if anything is still missing, we’ll be happy to assist further.
