We would like to thank you for continuously choosing Insight Vacations as your premium escorted journey provider, and are really pleased that you associate us with a high level of quality and service. Set in a secluded and tranquil location, the Château des Vigiers is one of our signature luxury hotels.  Nevertheless, we regret to read that you were disappointed with its situation, and we will certainly review this, in aid of the improvement of our guest experience going forward. We do however truly hope that you took away some lovely memories from your time on the tour. 

All of the hotels during our guests’ tour can be viewed via our website before booking; however, it disappoints us to read that you did not enjoy your stays. We would like to apologise for any discomfort, and will forward these comments to our Quality Control team for their review. That said, we are very pleased that you found the service provided by our team on the ground to be fantastic. Furthermore, hope that you were able to take away some highlights from your time in Great Britain.
