We know that a hotel is more than just somewhere to lay your head. Therefore, we are truly sorry if you experienced any discomfort during your vacation, and will use your feedback to help make the necessary improvements. Additionally, We offer Optional Experiences on our trips for those that may wish to explore further, alternatively our guests are welcome to use this time for independent sightseeing or downtime. This gives our guests the opportunity to discover each destination in a way that suits their individual needs. However we appreciate that you would have liked the optional experiences to be included in the tours. Nevertheless, we really do hope that you managed to take away some memorable  highlights from your time in Ireland.

Even before departure, our Tour Directors are contactable via Telephone to assist with any unforeseeable problems, and can put you in contact with guest support should any further assistance be required. That said, we are delighted that you enjoyed Niagara Falls so much and look forward to welcoming you back for the third time.
