Hi Lisa. 

I am terribly sorry you feel unhappy about your mirror taking longer to be delivered, we did run out of stock however the listing has since been updated with the correct lead times. As discussed via email payment is immediate in the checkout so there was no way of me changing that however if you would prefer for me to refund you in full for the mirror and then let you know once the item has arrived into stock so you could replace an order then please do send me over an email and we can do this for you no problem.

Thank you for your feedback, however I am very sorry that you felt disappointed with our service. 

I do know that your mirror did take a while longer than expected to be delivered, this was down to the delivery company as we discussed in email they did let us down with your delivery in terms of how long it took them to get in contact with you to arrange the delivery and delivering it. We have taken steps to make sure this does not happen again and we have actually stopped using the courier that delivered your order. We now have an account with a new shipping company and so far they are impressing us so this issue will not be repeated.
