I wanted to take this opportunity to explain that any flight fares that are held for certain periods of time are not necessarily guaranteed and the only way to guarantee a seat or a fare is to pay for that seat at the time our agents inform you of a fare that is available at the time. We are sorry you were not able to get the fare and flight that you and your party wanted and would welcome you to speak to our Customer Service Team who would like to compensate for any loss wherever possible as a gesture of good will.
