We’d like to clarify that our product listing includes multiple images in the gallery that accurately show the beechwood colour of the blades across different angles and lighting, which we feel provides a true representation of the product. Additionally, the listing does specify that the blades are made from ABS material rather than solid timber. It’s also worth noting that colours can appear differently depending on individual screens, monitors, and display settings (such as brightness, resolution, and DPI), which can sometimes affect how finishes are perceived online.
That said, we genuinely appreciate your feedback. We understand that expectations can differ, and your comments have highlighted an opportunity for us to improve. As a result, we will be reviewing our product content to make the ABS material more explicit in the description to ensure it is even clearer for future customers.

The SMART module is packaged inside the box and is intended to be installed together with the fan to enable its smart functionality. It’s possible that the packaging may have been damaged in transit, and the module may have become dislodged or misplaced - although we cannot confirm this at this stage.
