This gives our customers valuable insight to how our company performs.It was myself who you spoke to the day of the delivery, i few points i would like to get across.
First point - We do not guarantee dates and times, as these are made through a 3rd party courier, we aim to get your your goods to you on your chosen day.
Secondly - On the day of your delivery, it had shown a delivery slot between 4 - 6pm, however due to the driver running late, they had offered to deliver, out of the normal working hours, but you had a train to catch i believe you had said.
Thirdly - We have never, or would ever cover loss of earnings. We will always advise customers not to book any fitters until the goods have arrived and can be checked over, this is to stop any loss of earnings, as things sometimes can/do happen outwith our control. So always best to check over your goods, then arrange fitting etc.
When i spoke with you, i had asked you to send over pictures of the damaged boards and we would either refund these, or replace them over for you, which ever was easier. I have had nothing through from you?
Regardless, you have the floor now, it is a stunning floor, and hope you agree it looks fantastic.
Service was 1st class from ordering to delivery customer service also was great as I needed my flooring held back from delivery till I moved into my new home also the sales staff were very helpful...

Fair price quoted. Items very well packaged so not a lot of transit damage likely - I had none. Delivery came on the day quoted.
