Flooring was out of stock online but this didn’t tell me that until a few days later, which by then the flooring getting put down was pushed back but then the shop communicated with the online team...

they were brilliant with my job. I couldn't fault them. they laid the flooring & I didn't have to move any furniture etc. they moved it as they went along. I will be having my two bedrooms done next...
