Hi, I'm sorry that your 36 perennials didn't come up to our usual high standards. They should have been securely in their cells so that they arrived in perfect condition. I'm sorry that they were so badly damaged. I have arranged for replacements to be sent out to you as soon as possible and by the end of September at the latest. Plugs were 3 days in post one third dead, one third loose(out of plastic plug holder) and damaged by moving about. Only about 25% alive now.

So sorry to hear that your Perennials arrived damaged. I'm so sorry that they fell out of the cells and were damaged in transit. This falls well below our usual high standard. I have replaced the plants for you for despatch by the end of September when our next crop arrives from the nursery.
