Didn't live up to expectation

The service I received ie plants delivered when they were supposed to and the answer to a question I had were all fine, it's just the plants there were very disappointing.

I should have said that the plants are still in the house as they're nowhere near ready to be put outside, even in the greenhouse. so the weather isn't a contributing factor

I can send you a picture of the tulips, they are nothing like the tulips that I ordered. As such, it was clearly the worng product that was sent to me. I couldn't know this until they flowered (all tulip bulbs look alike), but not having received what I ordered, I believe I am entitled to a refund.

From the web images, I was expecting these to be pale blue with some yellow. They were a wishy washy pale cream and very short flowering.
